When I picked up my car I was told that all the repairs had been done, they allowed me to drive away in a vehicle that was later confirmed to be extremely unsafe, I drove my children around for over a month thinking my car was safe to drive in. When I contacted them to discuss the situation, its been nothing but a hassle. Thank goodness for a car dealership and insurance company that backed me up otherwise I would be out alot of money to fix the repairs that weren't fixed originally by Carstar. The manager and owner both were very dismissive and were very rude on the phone, the only person who was pleasant was the women on the front desk, unfortunately she probably is not in a position to influence either of the men to provide better customer service. Don't let the niceties fool you, if things go well I'm sure you won't have any problems however, you won't know that until after the work has been done. There are now four reviews on yelp for this company, 3 had very negative experiences and only one had a positive experience, that should speak volumes. I wouldn't recommended this company if they were the last collision shop left in the HRM,
