They were diligent about getting the job done even after encountering some unexpected problems - somehow, programming the new fob caused my old fob to lose its programming :-( But they were able to recover from that and I walked away with my original key/fob plus a new one for far less than the dealer or their competitors would charge. It's worth noting that I purchased the car used and got only one key, so they did not have paperwork that would provide them with the code to reprogram the original fob. I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla that comes with a standard key. I didn't like the feeling of having a standard key in my pocket, so I thought it'd be nice to have a flip remote key instead.
