(I waited double the time I was told they would reach out) 7/16- talked to Ellie, who scheduled a call for 7/24. 7/24- repair man showed up on time to do repair however since he's not certified to make this repair he called to get someone else to do it. 8/4 I tried to call to get confirmation of today's call all 3 numbers I had went to VM. As neither my husband or I got anything from their side. After leaving first review I called them again and they were not happy with my review because it told this whole story from 6/19 onwards which included Lazy boy of Myrtle Beach and their part of this story. And while she tried to commend the first techs good sense not to make a repair he was not knowledgeable about, the issue was lost on her that as a company you should know what your employees can do before you send them to a customers home to make a repair in the first place. Concidering you know what you're coming to repair, you know what part it is, and photos were sent of damage. As a company that's when apologizes need to be made not justifications for bad actions. And while after today's visits star rating may improve the narrative is what it is, because this is what's happened. Yes, it was great that he didn't attempt the repair, but you shouldn't have sent him to begin with.
