I looked around to see who he was speaking to and realized he was directing it at my 14‑year‑old son, who stood quietly next to me. Mark continued to glare at him aggressively--there was no sign of familiarity or humor. He then said, "There are some people leaving; they'll get the door." The whole interaction was unnecessary and uncomfortable. It felt like an attempt to assert dominance rather than welcome customers. The shop itself has talent--Sara gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in the Pines--but the atmosphere is toxic. Mark's loud, aggressive demeanor seems to intimidate the staff, which may explain why so many appointment slots remain open. This kind of behavior doesn't create a professional or relaxed environment, especially when families or young clients are present. Hopefully, management will address this and bring back the friendly, skilled vibe that Sara and others clearly work hard to provide.

Love the interior decor and feeling. I definitely felt like I shouldn't have been there, definitely a men's vibe which is really nice. Loved the seats. Our barber who I didn't even get his name was really nice and accommodating to my step dad moving around a lot in discomfort. Definitely a nice experience for him and moderately priced. I hope we can come back again.
