One of the worst haircuts i've ever gotten. Lady that cut my hair was also very weird i don't know if she's on the spectrum or if she doesn't understand american english words but she definitely doesn't need to be cutting hair. She also was very rough with my hair and gave me these bumps from her electric trimmer from how aggressive she was. And also cut my hair way too short. Yea don't recommend this place at all but hey what can you expect it's great clips anyone could get a job there !! read more

There was only two people working, and they seemed extremely rushed, they wanted to use their own tools that came from home, which I personally thought was very unhygienic. Once I was up, the lady couldn't even figure out how to get me in their system and then whenever I went to go sit down. I showed them photos and videos on exactly how I wanted it and it wasn't that hard at all. I should have done my hair myself at home. She decided to cut basically 3 inches of my hair off all the way up to my shoulders, and then twisted my bangs and cut them. My bangs weren't even supposed to be that short to begin with because they were supposed to complement the haircut that I showed them. I just wanted to hurry up and leave because I don't have the confidence to tell them how fucking bad it was. I literally had to pay them almost $60 just to look like hot garbage I literally wish I can get that money back because I look absolutely stupid and I cannot style my hair at all and I'm basically forced to wear hats at the beginning of summer just to hide the ridiculous mess that they left behind. It seemed like a lot of people were leaving unsatisfied because everybody's hair was all choppy. I honestly just advise you to go to a real hairdresser and spend over $100 to get your hair done because this was absolutely ridiculous. I literally regret walking in there. read more

The four ladies working were either blatantly rude to their customer or just looked annoyed to have to be working. $18 plus expected tip to cut my daughter's hair straight across the bottom. Makes more sense to stay home and do it myself. read more

My regular stylist left a salon so I tried this Great Clips. Nita did an absolutely beautiful job fixing my hair that I had been chopping at for the past month. It was so good that I called my sister who was also looking and she was also happy. Great haircut for $17 in a spotless salon with lovely staff. Think we have found our new spot! read more

I have been going there for years. All the previous stylist are gone, they have ALL new people plus there prices have gone WAY UP. Asked about previous stylist that always did my hair and was told she opened up her own shop but that's all they would tell me other than she is in Carthage. First time in the store in years. Last time got a decent on sale cut, but was not happy about check-in. Wanted my name and number. Manager put in her own info and I sat down. Tried them again recently. Same deal, but manager was upset that I refused to get the app, and refused number. I gave my name. That wasn't enough. She bid me good day. Called corporate, who said local owner would contact me. Has been two weeks. Won't be back. read more

Good for getting our sons hair cut but the haircut turned out awful. Luckily, it will grow out but the simplest of haircuts was a fail but all I needed was to get it done. They didn't seem to care to put anymore energy into the matter which was fine. read more

Bad service..dont trust the online check in When you walk in they say the wait is 2 hrs but only 1 customer is in there. If you are on the list and other in fron of you dont show. They take a walk in and make you keep your origional check in time Never have a issue with other great clips i have gone to. Just the one in Aberdeen NC read more

Fantastic experience. My haircut looked like I came out of a fancy Manhattan salon. Can't say enough about Courtney. Very friendly, stopped to say hello to every customer. Will definitely be back, and will definitely wait as long as it takes to get Courtney again. Highly recommended. read more

This place was quick, easy, and cheap until they changed ownership. Now it is absolute trash. All the stylists left due to the new ownership and now it's probably the worst salon I have been to in my adult life. Cost me $19 and had to get a second cut to get it fixed it was so crooked. I guess it's time to move on. read more

I arrived at 4:25pm on Saturday, lights lit up " walk right in" i walk in, lady comes to the counter and says can i help you? I say i just need a haircut....( why else would i be there?) she said we're not taking anymore today.... There was literally one customer in the chair and a lady waiting, and at least 2 barbers, keep in mind i have very short hair and would take ten minutes tops to cut... that's ok though, she seemed like she had an attitude and i d rather not spend my money on a shotty cut, i tip very well also, so there loss, I'll be glad to take my business elsewhere. suggestion, turn off the walk right in light at 4:25 or 4:-- whenever you stop taking walk ins. Jessica and Anna are always the best and go above and beyond to take care of everyone. There are so many regulars that come in just to see these two ladies that kept the salon open as soon as covid restrictions lifted and the labor shortage has definitely hurt wait times but they still put out wonderful work while providing great customer service. read more

I took my 3 year old and 4 year here yesterday because their hair was getting out of control. Well we did check in online, but still waited a good 30 minutes after we arrived. That didn't bother me as much, as there were only 4 workers there. When it was our turn I told the stylists what I wanted done to each of my son's hair and they went to work. Well my 3 year olds hairstyle turned out okay, but my 4 year old son looked like lloyd off dumb and dumber. The girl doing his hair, was new I'm pretty sure, but I don't understand why you would think that looked good. After getting home, I had to shave his hair more then I wanted to, so it looked half way decent. We will not be going back to great clips. I will take them to a barber shop from now on. read more

My husband and son just got a hair cut here, my sons cut wasn't bad. My husbands was absolutely horrible!! The stylist if you can call her that cut the back middle shorter than what he asked for so she compensated and left the sides long and argued that he wanted the length longer. Wow, the sides were sticking out like fuzz. She got so flustered and had to have the other girl fix it. read more

I wanted a trim and a blow dry and my hair to feel lighter and bouncier. The lady was super and customer service was great. I just wish that my hair was worth the money that I spent. It's heavy, no body, sticky feeling from the products, and literally can not run my fingers through it. My hair was better before I walked in. read more

Their hours say 9am-9pm but when I went to get my hair trimmed at 8:35pm they had the open sign off and the door locked. Very tragic.
