I would advise against taking your vehicle to this establishment if you rely on it. Our vehicle was operating perfectly when we brought it in for a routine oil change. Immediately after pulling out of their service bay, it began to exhibit unusual noises, run roughly, and the check engine light came on. It then stalled as we attempted to return it to the facility to inquire about the sudden issues. The manager, after having the employees drain and replace the oil, essentially suggested that we had poor-quality fuel or another issue, assuring us that the technicians didn't touch anything that could have caused this problem. Completely ridiculous! We arrived with a perfectly functioning vehicle and are now in a difficult situation after they went under our hood for what should have been a simple 15-minute oil change. I would strongly recommend against entrusting them with your vehicle. It seems that the employees may require additional coaching or training. The technicians did apologize and appeared quite remorseful and riddled with guilt. We will now need to have our vehicle triaged to determine the extent of the damage they caused. It is truly disappointing to arrive with a dependable, reliable, and well-running vehicle only to depart with damage and a lack of accountability from the manager. Please consider this before allowing them the opportunity to potentially damage your vehicle if it is essential to you. I regret not having seen the other reviews beforehand. The minimum rating is 1. Went in for a routine oil change. Tech didn't put skid plate back on properly and it came loose. Damaging the undercarriage of the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and skip this joint. read more

My daughter took her vehicle in to get an oil change. They told her the vehicle was running dangerously hot and need to have the coolant flushed and refilled for another $80. The car had just had that done in the last 12 months. read more

The absolute best!!! They did an emergency cabin air filter replacement while we were road tripping. They didn't have the right one but sent us down the road to get one from a parts store and then replaced it for free!!! Found honest mechanics. Too far they're over three hours from home. Bobby was so super friendly and helpful. Nice people!!! read more

Consistent every time I have been. They have checked things I did not think to check but have ultimately left it up to me whether to get it taken care of or not, as well as a good explanation of how serious it was (or lack thereof). Which is something most mechanics won't give you. read more

My car slung a rod in less than 20 miles after leaving here. They were not at all helpful in getting the problem resolved. They do not take responsibility for damages. Told me we will take it to court. But in the meantime it is my problem. read more

I went there yesterday to have an oil change. it was very efficient and the men who worked on my oil change were friendly and professional. You even stay in your car, which was fine . I was a little confused, as when I drove up, I just sat there a few minutes. I decided to go to a door and see if anyone was there - -but then a man appeared and told me to pull up behind the right bay. They could have been too busy .....I know what to do now. There is a very condescending and disrespectful worker employed here. I pull up to the business and I wait for the bay to open up. The employee in question looks at me throws his arms and shakes his head in disgust...instead of coming to my car and greeting me properly and respectfully giving me instructions on my next steps. When he finally does motion me to pull into the bay he tells me about the procedures in another belittling tone. I couldn't take the disrespect anymore so I told him to move the chain then I left without any services performed. If you as a customer don't like being treated like crap..not the place for you. I've heard several other complaints about this guy (he's a slim average height white guy with glasses and graying unkempt hair/facial hair) treating and taking to customers like crap. I went into this location at 8:15 a.m. They open at 8:00. When I walked in I was told by the man at the counter (who was very nice I might add) that there were 6 people ahead of me so I might want to leave my car. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option for me. He said that the best thing to do would be to make an appointment for when I wanted to come in. Later, that afternoon I called and was told ( by a very rude and curt man) that they don't take appointments. I told him that I was in there earlier that morning and was told that I could make an appointment. He told me that I must have been at the wrong place. I politely said where are you located. He said on Communtity across from Kings Colonial Ford. I said, yep that's the place I went to. Very, very rude man. I will never take my car there and will caution anyone that says they are. I left an earlier review giving this place five stars. However since then, it is now under horrible new management. They seem to be more interested in speed than accuracy. I brought the car in and they did the oil change in less than 10 minutes. However they managed to spray oil all over the windshield of my car by starting the engine with the dipstick halfway out. They also left greasy hand-prints on the door. They no longer check the air in the tires, vacuum the carpets, or offer free car washes as they used to. So I might as well just go to Walmart and get it done cheaper and more carefully. When they finished with the quick oil change they left the car outside parked next to a Honda that was having an "injector cleaning service". They left my car there with the door and window open and the engine running. No one would check me out. The Honda bellowed smoke when went RIGHT INTO MY CAR, which now smells like gasoline inside, instead of leather. The car is only a year old, too. I will NEVER go back to this place again. Hurried work, dirt and oil left everywhere (they didn't even put those paper mats on the floor, and tracked oil into the car), and rude service. I just spend an hour cleaning my car. When you take your car in for service, it shouldn't need MORE work than when you left! read more

The staff here is wonderful but the manager, the guy that generally checks you in with the glasses is an a$&hole to say the least. He is very cold unwelcoming and super rude. I always have a problem out of him when I have to deal with him. Never a problem with anyone else Just him. There has been times in the past where my fluid weren't tipped off and my filter was not changed so now I have to make sure to mention it. other than that they are fast. read more

The "manager" here is an asshole ! Tried to tell me I needed my power steering fluid changed... My mechanic did that 2 months ago...when I told him I didn't need it ...his reply was " I'm just trying to tell you about your car " . . WRONG! He knows NOTHING about my car ! Went to get all change and was the only person there which I found odd. As I was driving up the only employee there was about to leave to have a cigarette. My oil change was done in about three or four minutes. The next day while driving on the interstate I go to clean my windshield and there's no wiper fluid. I really wanted to like these guys. They seemed to have good customer service, were quick, and they gave you a free car wash after. However, a recent experience has made me decide not to patronize them again. Long story short, took the van in for an oil change before a big 400 mile trip towards Pensacola, FL. The oil change was done very rapidly and I was in and out in what felt like five minutes. Driving down the road, the van was making a funny noise. I pulled over multiple times to see what was going on and to check for fluids leaking, but nothing. It sounded like the gears were grinding between first and second at 20-30 mph. Sounded like the transmission. Van had sounded perfectly before I took it in, now I'm having problems. I had to be somewhere for a couple of hours, but immediately called Master Lube and said I'd be back that evening. When I came back and explained the problem, the first employee (who was the acting supervisor), a tattoo'd little man, got defensive and tried to say they had nothing to do with the problem. I tried to remain calm and logically explain what happened. Another employee came in, explained he was the new supervisor, and he'd been brought in to clean things up since the store had a bad reputation and they were too swamped with business to do things right. I could go on and on about how bad the service was, but here's what I found out on my own - not through any help of theirs: I brought my car in for an oil change, and while they drained the oil from my engine THEY FORGOT TO PUT OIL BACK INTO THE ENGINE TO REPLACE WHAT THEY HAD TAKEN OUT. That is simply inexcusable. They almost ruined my car engine because of complete incompetence. I could go on about other questionable actions they took, but I'd really beware if you take your vehicle here. read more

Thank you for the quick efficient service by Russ and his team. Our AC needed Freon - we lost cool air when we crossed the Georgia line from Florida on an 85 degree day. We called and Russ said to come right in and he'd make sure we were taken care of quickly - and he did! Not only did he check all items with our AC and add Freon but he also corrected a problem the last place caused when they changed our oil. Very friendly and courteous and quick. If we lived here we would definitely be a loyal customer!! read more

Dropped by this afternoon for an oil change. Requested a "Full Synthethic". Was a previous customer however the clerk says new owner and new computer system. Again asked for a full synthetic oil change. Got the invoice and found myself billed for a "full Synthetic Oil Change". How're the invoice listed 5 quarts of "Synthethic Blend" and for 6.96 a quart and anothe quart of "Synthetic Blend" for $6.00 . Questioned the clerk about what oil was actually put into the car? Said it was a computer problem, and after several tries could not generate the sticker reminder for the windshield so I left with a hand written reminder to come back in 4,000 miles and without any idea of what they actually used for the new oil. It's a convenient location but there's no way now, I'm ever going back or recommending it to anyone. read more

I made the sad mistake of taking my car through their car wash as I was in a hurry and it claimed "feather touch." What a joke - I could feel the car rocking as it went over my car. When I got home I found a serious scratch on the front of my car - even into the metal of the grill! I immediately called the manager who cared nothing of what happened and that their precious machine could not be responsible. I take immaculate care of my cars and know every inch of my cars by heart and trust me - YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS CAR WASH - AND THEY DO NOT CARE WHETHER THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR! read more
