Stokes built us the dock WE wanted, while other company's proposals were often trying to talk us out of things. In the planning stages their "we can do that!" attitude, the way Nick returned phone calls quickly, his enthusiastic professionalism set them apart from other builders. We were happy with the type/specifications of the lift they included in the bid plus the canopy and tiki sub-contractors they chose. They were not the lowest bidders but we felt assured that they would deliver quality work. And they 100% did. This positive attitude followed through into the construction phase where the crews showed up as scheduled and, once they started, worked non-stop from 8am to dark, and even weekends sometimes. They worked like an efficient, well-managed team.
