Their comprehensive in-house design and build approach was unlike that of other contractors, and their cooperative communication was instrumental in developing and meeting our expectations. They made understanding us and our house equal priorities. They educated us about the condition of the house, brought in an engineer, and designed projects around improving and reinforcing the house. They found and corrected issues created by the house's original builder. They work well coordinating their work with other contractors. With one exception, there were no call-backs. A minor installation error discovered years later was cheerfully and promptly fixed as a warranty item, a reflection on their commitment to their clients. When it came time to sell the house, the quality of their work was a strong draw for the buyers. It drew a crowd. They exemplify how a great team can accomplish great results!

My most recent experience was not in the surfacing products, but attending a charity event at The Kitchen by Vangura. It was fantastic! The venue lends itself to walking around and seeing various displays for cooking, food, prizes, vendors, etc. The space is beautiful. Looks like Kitchen Central on a high end cooking show. This event featured several local chefs in a cooking competition for charity. Vangura staff are also friendly and hospitable.

We wanted to cancel our order since we did not like any of the granite that they showed us. They said we that it would cost us $500 to cancel. We had that in an email from them. Then later they said that it would cost us $1,800.00 to cancel. We ended up having to file at a local magistrate office. They made up all this hours they claimed for showing us different granite slabs. They also made up a excel spreadsheet saying they tried to call us, no actual phone records. When it was us calling them for our money back but only getting a response when we said we will take them to court. The local Magistrate ruled in their favor in North Huntingdon. We got our granite from another supplier which asked for haft down and the balance when we were satisfied with the completed job.
