Walters Home Remodeling was subbed out to build a carport over a camper. They finished the job…read moreNovember 2023 (as pictured by his company trailer at the site) by February 2024 the carport was leaning on the camper. It was found that posts were only dug at most 14 inches deep, while some were as shallow as 9 inches. There was also no bracing installed to prevent tipping even though advised to do so. During 2024 they were also hired to build an addition. After multiple no shows and being paid 80% of contract he removed his tools and stopped the job. After 8 months of redoing poorly done, unfinished work as well as repairing multiple water damaged things from them tearing the roof off the home and leaving for a trip to Florida a few days later, the job is still not complete, and has cost around $100k to fix so far. Multiple attempts have been made since February 2024 for them to fix and all have gone ignored. 1 year later and now being ignored to get reimbursed. Next step is a six figure lawsuit. I would highly recommend not getting involved with this company.
