As a homeowner, this is important to me because I want to know my home well and care for it. I called them out for an estimate and they came with another roofing company (Flip Side roofing-they are great!!) and said they were interested in doing the drywall work. however after five calls and multiple texts I never heard back from them until I said I would need to find another company. I got a text back right away saying that was fine. If you say you're going to do a job, you should follow through. This happens so many times and I'm tired of these people wasting my time.

They represented themselves as a one stop shop for building and home improvements. So I also had them do some home improvements while building the garage. Nothing but disappointment and disaster all the way around. Just some highlights, starting with the garage. Poured way too much concrete, supposed to have had two 8x16 foot garage door openings. Opening is only 91 inches, not 96 inches. 8 foot door won't close properly. Had to custom order the entrance door. 3 of the 4 cinderblock walls cracked before roof was even put on. Didn't order enough trusses (14 short), the ones ordered were too big and had to cut them down to fit. On the house, installing siding, left exposed wood in many places. Installing hardwood floor there are exposed nails and drips and smears of construction glue on top of the flooring in every room. They never corrected problems when pointed out. What was supposed to be 2-3 month project, 7 months later nothing they were responsible for had been completed. Had to fire them and hire other contractors to come in to fix deficiencies and complete the work. Best decision I made out of the whole process!
