My own kids, who have attended Oh Do Kwan for many years, have benefited from the discipline, fitness, stress management, mental focus, and self confidence that taekwondo training achieves. This is an honest program; not an assembly line "exercise class" that awards meaningless colored belts. In this school, each promotion is earned. The proof is in the tournament results, where Oh Do Kwan consistently scores well at all levels of competition with other schools. The school is also like a "family", where the instructors, students, and parents are all dedicated to the success of every student. The school teaches a modern practical application of several martial arts disciplines and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable.
