My story is the same as all the others!! I paid them, and of course haven't received ANYTHING, no shipping date. I called 4x and ONE SINGLE TIME I spoke with an individual that said "Oh, there was a glitch in the system and now your item should be there in 3 days". That was a LIE, and I've never gotten another PERSON on the phone. so I left a bad review on their website, of course it had to be "reviewed before it would post. That sparked an email reply from A NO REPLY email address that said" if you paid then your item has shipped" I still have not gotten a thing. I'm contacting BBB, and my bank. I might call an attorney and sue them for fraudulent business practice. ITS SAD THAT THESE IDIOTS ARE JUST HAPPY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE EVERYWHERE!! Clearly they should have criminal charges pressed against them. I believe l will file a police report. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered a tanning bed through their website at the end of May. Have been given four new dates for various reasons. This company is scamming you out of a product in hopes that you cancel your order so they can steal 20% of your order costs from you. I bought a Sunfire deluxe a month ago. Still waiting on it and every time I call it just goes to their answering service. The one time I actually got through they gave me a SAIA freight tracking number that doesn't exist. Very disappointed and still out 2k for now. Don't buy from here. read more

I wish I could give Negative Stars. This company straight out lied to us about our order! We ordered a Sunfire 32C by Wolff and the bed we got was a 32xs Power By Sunco. When confronted the they insist that it is the bed we ordered, this is impossible considering that this bed is not even listed on their website anywhere. We could not even order replacement bulbs from them, not that we would after the horrible, disrespectful, dishonest, despicable treatment that we were shown. I even opened a Better Business Bureau case against them and they still continue to lie and try to place blame on me. I would never do business with this company again!!!! read more

These are the worst cheapest beds out there!! We made the mistake of going with this company and had 2 that's right 2!!! delivery attempts with not only damaged product but completely different then what you told us we were purchasing and looked like a 3 year old had built them, very flimsy and falling apart everywhere! We returned them and they would not give us our money back! Customer service was unwilling to help once they got paid. Please think twice before going through this company!!! PROSUN tanning beds are the place you need to go if you are looking for good well put together Tanning Beds!!! I would GIVe Them no stars because that company not worth any stars. They are a terrible company so do not buy nothing from them. They lie about everything. They sold me a bed and when I got it try to activate the same day I got and did not work. Then when I called them to say what was going on they turned everything around and said it was my fault. So I turned them into the BBB. And turn them into the Attorney General Office and also took them to small claims court. Which they never showed up and I won the case. So now they have a judgement against them. So they have to pay what they owe me plus court fees, and if they do not pay me they add interest on them like five and half percent yearly. Which I do not care. They need to go out of business. So if anybody reads this do not buy from them. If I would of read these reviews before I bought the bed. I would not have bought from them. So they take your money that is steeling your money so they are thieves in my eyes. read more

my husband bought a bed from this company. What a huge mistake!!! Now we have been trying to call the company on a regular basis trying to talk to someone. We always have to leave messages n no one calls us back. I did talk to a guy last week. his name was Kevin, he was so rude on the phone. I have never been treated like that, and just think he is a sales representative for this crappy company. I am very disappointed with their bed. We weren't told that they only had bronzing beds and their website doesn't tell u that. We were lied to from day one n now no one wants anything to do with us. DONT BUY FROM THEM !!! The pictures online are manipulative . They send you cheaper beds than they show , VERY misleading . The top of the bed has WIRE MESH , NOT acrylic ! A complete safety hazard . DONT BUY FROM them , go with a company who is more reputable . read more
