I was able to get a next day afternoon service and was quoted $195 for first 45 minutes ($90 visit fee plus 45 Min at $105 which is $35 for each 15 minutes) which very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Kurt and Luis arrived promptly on time after getting a text that they were on the way -- I called the office and Kelly confirmed where they were coming from which was nice. They efficiently took care of removing our old metal pipe, then rodded the line which had a tricky bend, and then replaced with PVC and even included an access cover upon my request. Kurt was an expert and very courteous as well as Luis! They even took off their shoes since it was a little wet outside which was not expected but appreciated. Bill's is very fortunate to employee such kind and professional plumbers!!

After multiple plumbers would rod but could not explain why it was happening so often, Reuben and his team scoped and identified that the problem was a narrow junction due to our townhouse settling. I later found out this has happened to most of the other units. Reuben let us know we could hold off a bit on replacing the segment, and we did, until he identified a year or two later the problem had gotten worse - by then we had saved a bit of money for this. Reuben and his team was very efficient on breaking concrete, digging, and replacing the section with new PVC for a good price. He was a clear communicator and has been able to quickly come out each time despite juggling many many jobs. I will continue to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

The heat had stopped working days before. It's 38 degrees room temperature. The city had shut the water off to stop the flood inside my house. The heater runs on water so I can't fix the heater until a plumber turns on the water and finds the leaks. I call Glenbrook Plumbing in an emergency. BIG MISTAKE. Mike and Tony come out, look around, see the water everywhere, feel the cold room temperature and decide they don't want to do this job. They told me they can't turn on the water and find the leaky pipes until the heat gets turned on. I told them the furnace runs on water, they told me to ask to use a neighbor's hose to fill the furnace with water, and then they left after 15 minutes and charged me $132 for the visit. The next day I found a plumber who came out the next morning and fixed the plumbing problem and turned on the water all without the heat on. One guy. These people didn't want to help me because the conditions were not comfortable. They just left me there in an emergency and I never heard from them again. These are terrible people.
