So I went here to get hair cut. I waited 30 mins and than got hair cut that should taken 15-20 mins for a military style hair cut. The person doing the hair cut was lazy didn't want to be there. Didn't clean me after the cut. Was worst hair cut I ever had. read more

I came in to talk with them and let them see my hair prior to the appt. My initial impression was "wow"..they actually listened !! NOT !! I even did a review with "them" before the work began (color, cut, highlights).First off, the stylist talked waaaayyyyy too much !! Walkins were worked in (3 times) during my appt time (and no, it was not necessarily a good time to break from applying the color and highlights)...and this perhaps led to the awful awful outcome. Color was all wrong, layers done only about three inches of the hair length and not thru out...not to mention an overtone of color throughout that sucked pond water for sure. And don't tell me "but I put on what the color said it was "...and just why do you think I talked with you twice about all of this BEFORE the work began. One should know their product and not just the label. As i left, another stylist said "I really like that color"....I only responded with "no, WE don't like this color". I give the stylist credit for a redo(no, I didn't even want to mention the layers getting redone)without add'l charges (yes, I did tip both times...I usually do a lot more however)....it's okay...and I'll deal until time for new color and highlights to cover my gray....but not going in for a second trial. And the stylist never did quieten down....I can only take so much of contstant chatter . read more

Showed up for my appointment. at register she asked me if I wanted wash? Conditioner extra didn't ask. The price for a cut $16.95 if I want it blow dried its an extra $18.95 and I verified this twice Are you serious? I have really short hair but still left salon with it wet This is a good price$16.95 to get you in but beware of all the up costs!!! read more

Went in for a cut while out at the mall. Have my usual place but I needed a cut badly. Walked in and two staff were there and the gentleman checked me in. He asked what I wanted and I explained. Within two minutes it was obvious he did not know how to cut my hair. I am not the type to judge my ethnic boundaries so I gave him a try. It took him over 30 minutes to cut my hair, he almost forgot to edge, and left my hair uneven everywhere. Another staff was there and appear to continue to watch him like she knew he did not know what he was doing. I left and was going to deal until next cut but the hair cut was so bad that I had to go over the weekend to my usual place. They had to cut my hair to a crew cut to even out the mess. Never again. Beware of the competence to cut hair out of their ethnic group. read more

The service was fantastic, all the stylists seemed very kind and tentative. My hair came out with great color and healthier than it has ever been. My stylist, Chan, was very attentive to me and my needs and did a great job of meeting them. I noticed that not only for myself but for others who arrived while i was there that there was little to no wait for service. In addition the establishment seemed very clean and orderly, which is always reassuring. They were also heavily stocked with the necessary supplies to fit the stylists' and the customers' needs. i bought a few products there alongside the services and I am very happy with them as well. Glenda is a Lady I have gone to twice and she does a Outstanding job for me having RAZOR CUTS and a fantastic shampoo. She is naturally positive with the personality she has and it shows she really enjoys her job. More often than not I have found it difficult to find Hair stylests that will do RAZOR CUTS but when I do then I'm a lot happier to know that their are a few good people that will privide this service. If you look up in your computer to see how my hair is supposed to be cut and compare it to the attached pictures, you'll see what I mean. She didn't even shape up my neck in the back. Pitiful. If you have cameras in your stores, it would be worth reviewing. Terrible experience.
