When I met Lenore for the first time, she seemed to be very down to earth and was more than willing to work within my budget. She was also very accommodating with my work schedule and often times met up with contractors and gave me updates when it was convenient for me. She provided me with drawings, samples of materials, and ideas as far as what she felt would work or blend well together. In the end, my home renovation was completed. The other places wanted me to hire an engineer (over $6k) to diagnose the problem. But Jeremy did that at the beginning. I don't know anything about this process, but I trust these guys did a great job. The workers came in a timely manner, stayed working under my house for about 3 days. I could hear them laughing and enjoying their work. Great guys, good attitudes and worked hard. Took pictures, I forgot to save. But they drilled and put push piers in and used something to shoot into the cracks like a steel cement. They had affordable pricing and as far as I know did a great job to stabilize.
