Nice facility. My car and windows where covered in dust and pollen. I used the self wash. Plenty of soap suds and great pressure for each step of the process. Even without any drying or wiping my car body and windows came out spotless. read more

ABSOLUTE HORROR!!! This car wash is now called SUDZUP CAR WASH I went to this car wash two weeks ago Pointed out to the manager Kristen that it wasn't a sufficient job she became rude and very impatient I left and went and had my car washed elsewhere Today I drove in with my daughter I thought I'd give it a second shot maybe she was having a bad day As I drove in there was a young lady Britney standing there waving me into the drive-through with her hand on her hip angry facial expression and body language showing impatient contempt I asked her why she was impatient and then rolled up my window she started to spray my window giving me an angry stare down as if to suggest she's spraying me After the car wash I turned in where they dry the car and the third lady Ashley i gave her a tip and I asked her for The owners name and number she refused so I walked over to the manager Kristen before I could even say something she started screaming at me that I wasn't allowed to be standing there I asked her for the owners name and number she refused continued screaming at me I got into my car she ran around the back took a picture of our license plate and continued screaming don't ever come back here again! These three women were not only exhibiting THREATENING behavior they was entirely inappropriate! I will be writing a letter to the county, to the owner of this car wash, local newspaper and will make sure that none of my Freinds or relatives go there. It's a shame I have been visiting this Car wash for over five years and never have had an experience like this! I suppose if employees are having a bad customers should not point out their deficient work ..this experience was unacceptable and completely inappropriate! After speaking with the owner he had his video tape reviewed and said there was no video of me even being at his car wash. he further insulted me by saying apparently he can't make me happy and that I probably started it. Went yesterday, the line was 6 cars ahead of us. They had one person prepping before entering. Two guys were just walking around and not assisting the girl doing the prep. When we were there previously, there were two prep people and one dryer person. It said 'under new management'. At this rate, they won't be open long. read more

Wow! Great customer service! First time through car was cleaned ok ($6 wash). because of the kind of spoiler I have there was a spot that didn't get wash well. 2nd time through, I mentioned about a spot that was missed. They said they would make sure it got hit. After the wash, there was still some dirt. I didn't mention it again but two employees and a manager came up to clean the spot and check to makes sure it was good. So nice! Also they gave me recommendations for next time.
