But my real concern is that the guy that came out to do the tint job stated that my "Warranty/Documents" will be mailed out to me. Well, I said wow ok so after a week or so passed I realized No Warranty/Documents yet in the mail now mind you that I live less than 15mins away from the business location which is located in Daytona Beach Florida. So I called in requesting info regarding my warranty documents and this very unprofessional sounding voice of a girl with a heavy accent answer the phone chewing in my ear and was not able to answer my ?s regarding my documents. She stated that she will need to see what the manager would like to do WOW REALLY? Here it is a new month April and my tint job was done back in March and still no warranty documents. I received a TXT message yes that's correct "A TXT MESSAGE" from the unprofessional girl with the chewing accent with a picture attached showing that my warranty came back to them because whoever filled out the envelope from the office DID NOT HAVE MY INFO CORRECT ON THE Envelope.. First and foremost when I noticed the picture of the envelope in her txt I could Not believe that someone would actually fill out an envelope that looked the way that 1 looked in the text she sent to me. it was very unprofessional my last name was missing not to mention my address was incorrect. She also stated in the text that they will be getting my documents back out to me and here it is a brand new week and NO WARRANTY/DOCUMENTS

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place I took my motorhome in for window tinting it took…read morehim 10 hours to do it and it was not satisfactory window tint came off on the drive home. I let him know that happened he said bring it back the next day which I did . he replaced the two sheets of tint that came off but he cannot cut in a straight line. Very sloppy lines he takes a marker to fill in the gap which looks like a kid did it. I took it back today for a third time the windows are worse than before and he used some type of spray or chemical on the inside that leaked out to the outside of the motorhome causing deep yellow stains that cannot be removed. He tried to remove them and then decided just to polish it which I became very angry over.I just had my RV detailed and the outside was very clean and white and now I've got 30 or 40 yellow streaks below both windows which I'll probably have to get painted which will be very difficult to match the rest of the rig. I told him he was an idiot and didn't know what he was doing and he threw me off the property and ripped off one of the 3M films on the window throwing it on the chair. Another person came in unhappy with work he had done on their car they got in a heated argument as well. So now I've got a damaged vehicle and crappy window tint . I'm taking it to a more professional place tomorrow and And then I'm going to have the Attorney General investigate him please stay away from this place horrible horrible.. Follow up on initial review , contacted 3M today because he said they were going to issue me a warranty card after he submitted the work he did they don't even know who he is he's not a licensed dealer to represent the product. So he is also committing fraud there's only one licensed 3M dealer in this entire area. Then he tries to say the streaks that are embedded in my fiberglass now were there before He started today!! Good thing I have pictures to prove otherwise. This guy needs to be shut down and take a class on how to do window tinting. He also puts tint on the outside of the windows and says it's a special tint by 3M designed to do that he's full of crap! Then he fills in gaps with a black marker and some gooey black crap that sticks your windows together!Update... Heard he Went out of business thank goodness April 2018. Hope this jerk off doesn't open up under another name somewhere else

I did end up putting my car in the Jaguar Club 2018 Concours D'Elegance's "display class". While not being judged, it did get the attention of many people there. Its never looked better!
