I had wanted to walk away from them but they convinced me after all was said and done, I would have this amazing on-going support. I was told my site would be easily maintained and updated by me, with no web development experience. And if I had any troubles, to just give them a call and they would help. Since then, I have tried several times to get assistance with simple changes to my site such as font and color changes, and have been treated horribly. They flat out refuse to help me. And their web guy at IBU only offers to bill me for any help. I was promised free ingoing support. The site cost a small fortune and I can't get anyone to tell me why my template fonts and colors are not changeable. They are somehow hard written into the code and therefore locked from me making changes from the template. They have been rude and even have ignored request for help. Take my advice. Do not ever hire this company. Also they will force you to host your site with their buddies at IBU for twice as much and tell you all about the extra support you will get for paying 4 times as much as GoDaddy. So far, I have had zero support without being told I will be charged for it. The designer at inSync even told me "I don't really know much about web development". Yet that was long after they cashed my check. The only benefit is that I have had to self teach myself web development in order to maintain my own website. And on top of it, they are using my site to convince new customers to hire them. A woman saw my site and contacted me to see what I thought of their work. Lucky for her I was able to warn her of this scam of a company.

As you can see the job was 10 months late. The quality of work was very poor. Our web layout was taken from a web template that was found online. Our logo was very poorly done. in the end we never got our business cards, nor our investor kits. The owner Kandra was very quick to cash our check when the work was not even close to be done we were told that it was all on it way and if we wanted to get we need to pay her. This issuance is nothing but a scam. It is extremely expensive and xcite will note honour the warranty. Xcite claimed that the second year covers software only. I asked Sami Behebahani ( Manager) to show me any written statement in the policy that limits the second-year protection to software only. He failed to show a proof of what he claimed and kept verbally repeating the same claim. Based on dealing with Xcite Alghanim for the past few years my advice is to avoid buying from Xcite Alghanim especially that the Kuwaiti market includes better alternatives.
