I took my laptop back and was told 3 to 5 business days based on the supplier and paid with a credit card in full. Two weeks went by and again no one contacted me with any updates or any understanding after the 2 weeks. I am then told that the supplier cancelled the order without their knowledge so I wait another two days an email follows with we need to have you again come in with your laptop so they can figure out what type of screen they need to order and I am then told that it may require even more money to secure the screen from the manufacturer. I honestly can tell you as a business owner who owns several businesses in multiple states this was some of the worst communication and improper customer service I have ever received. I travel frequently and I was able to have the complete laptop repaired and returned in 2 days so I would not recommend this company to anyone since I have over 30 laptops in my companies, and I will just have to go elsewhere and lastly they did not even offer an apology so I quess the management team has changed since the last time I visited this location.

I brought my old microwave to recycle--something Best Buy clearly states they accept on their own website--but the store manager, JJ Jacquay, refused to take it. There was no explanation that made sense, just a flat refusal that contradicted Best Buy's published recycling policy. To make matters worse, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. I've already notified the district manager, Josh Mechum, about how poorly this was handled. For contrast, I drove to the Best Buy in Aurora, and they accepted the microwave for recycling immediately with zero issues. That's how a store that values customers should operate. Because of this experience, I will no longer be doing business with the Park Meadows location. I strongly recommend visiting other Best Buy stores--like Aurora--that actually follow company policy and treat customers with respect.

Besides repairing computers, they also sell used PCs and laptops, as well as computer components.The shop is fair in its repair prices and retail goods but you definitely get more than you pay for. The staff is some of the brightest and kindest I have met in my adventures in Geekdom, neither being dopey nor elitist. My only complaint stems from a miscommunication I had with the owner over a repair. While the details are not important, he still tried to make it up to me both in advice and in supplies. So whether you have a destroyed Dell or a mangled Mac, bring it on in. Oh, and avoid the 2600 block of south Broadway if you are a minority with a broken computer.
