When I called to inquire about pricing for an SD card that had been corrupted I was told $150-200…read morefor an easy fix and upwards of $2000 for a deconstruction/more intense recovery. I stated that the photos were of a wedding and it was very important that they be recovered. The estimate I was given was $600 and I truly believe it was because they knew how important the photos were as other reviews have mentioned. I was able to talk them down to $350 and had no choice but to pay it, knowing it would be a simple recovery and that I was being charged twice as much as the original price I was told it would be if it was on the easier side of things. When I got the photos back the image quality had been affected and the file type had changed from RAW to JPG. As a photographer that needs RAW images to effectively edit the photos I brought the issue to their attention and they said that's all they could do. So not only did I over pay but they never mentioned I wouldn't be getting back the actual files that I lost in their true form. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will not be giving them my business in the future.
