We also had them come back and replace 2 outside faucets and a leak in our ceiling from the water supply. Everything works great! They were on time or called to let me know they were running behind. They do good work (we have used for furnace, A/C, and plumbing (real like plumber Mike). Huge plus: they give you a very narrow window of time when they will show up. If they say they'll be there at noon, they are there at noon or you get a call if they are hung up, which rarely happens. None of this "We'll be there some time in the afternoon" crap.

That's when I told him I would try to get another year or two out of the coil. Never blamed him for causing another leak, just asked him to be careful handling the tubes because we don't want another leak. Only reason I'm posting this review is because of the a-coil rust. Like you said, I was there when he removed the access panel. I saw no rust anywhere on the coil. He said he noticed the rust. Well if he did, he didn't say anything about it. If it was rusted as shown in the pictures, nobody would have attempted to do a leak test. You would have said your a-coil is shot and needs replaced. Again, never brought it up. Also, never saw you wipe the sprayed liquid off the coil, you just put back on the access cover. All I know is the front of our a-coil is seriously corroded, only the part that was sprayed. Everywhere else on the coil looks new. I wasn't expecting anything out of this posting other than to share my experience with others so they can make an informed decision when looking to hire a company. They certainly can believe what they want. I hold no bad feelings toward W.M. Masters. Cory is a nice young man, and was very respectful. I probably made him nervous following him around like a shadow. Guess I would be too. It's just that we got burnt before by a company charging for work never done. Just wish that the coil was rinsed off of that leak spray before replacing the access panel. Looks like we'll be replacing our AC system sooner than we originally thought.

When I had the same charger in my previous home it was done for $150 dollars labor and $53 for supplies (in that instant I didn't have a breaker to be used) it took that electrician less than a hour to complete the job. Not only did his technician inspect, he tagged and shut down the unit claiming danger. He then gave the estimate for repairs to potential buyers. The outrageous price included at least 3 service packages. THIS FURNACE WAS THEN REINSPECTED by 3 very reputable companies in our area. All 3 said furnace was safe and had life left in it. He's making the majority of his money through these worthless packages he sells. Of the other 3 companies that came to check our furnace all techs stated he's a sham and his employee turn over is through the ceiling. 1 tech had actually worked for him and advised we run the other way. He said all techs are REQUIRED to push these packages. Buyer beware! This business owner is after your money through odd means. If it comes up, we warn people to stay away!! This business is a financial joke and their reputation we found out later is less than shiny. There's plenty of HONEST repair out there. You don't need service packages. You need your system working.
