My dog came back with injuries and I was threatened saying i am not allowed to post a bad review, or else they will come down at me so hard! We left our 18 month old King Charles Cavalier in the care of Tim and Nick Friday 29 January 2019. He was returned with a very average grooming and a dislocated hip. They not only had the audacity to charge my wife $75 for the experience but have also taken NO responsibility for this. 24 hours later we had three missed calls from our concerned vet and not one call from Nick or Tim. At this stage our beloved Charlie is still in hospital and the bills are already in the thousands. The level of responsibility and care Nick and Tim have shown is disgraceful. I can not recommend strongly enough that you DO NOT under any circumstances take your pet to this establishment. read more

Today I took my 16 year old Maltese in for a groom which is normally a not so fun experience. Today was the exception and I have finally found my new groomer. Nick is a groomer that loves what he does and treats the dogs on his grooming table like his own. This is the first time my dog has been completely scissor cut and as a result he was completely content being groomed rather than being nervous the entire time. His coat is in now in awesome condition as he uses good quality products and his coat is as neatly cut as its ever been, plus he got to keep his length for the winter rather than just being shaved back. They are well priced, completely welcoming and attentive to your pets every need. I would highly recommend I love pet supplies - grooming services, as good groomers that love what they do are hard to find. read more

Cannot praise Nick highly enough. Took my 13yr old rescue baby (Mup Mup)to Nick for a groom. I was astounded at how calm my boy was when I picked him up. The groom is the best he has ever had. Highly recommend Nick, a very gentle person who clearly loves what he does. read more
