I was walking around and I came around a corner to find a cockatoo just sitting on a perch pooping everywhere which can't be healthy. I then went down the the aquarium section of the store excited to have a quick look around when I quickly discovered the animal cruelty that they were hiding down there. They have four axolotls all that had damage to their tails and some had missing feet and limbs!! I continued walking and the fish weren't any better, all the fish were very cramped and had next to no space to swim. There were even dead fish in several of the tanks. I'm absolutely saddened and disgusted that people can treat animals this way and from reading pat reviews it looks like it's nothing new!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

It's clear to see she was nicked / grazed by the clippers - which you'd definitely hope wouldn't happen at a professional groomers, but worse is that they tried to pass it off as not their fault. Definitely a place to avoid.

Receptionist verified Bill's comment's left on my dog's file April 2019 clearly stating a prescription and 12-month dose to be provided and a further consult was not required. Receptionist's rationale was that since Bill has retired new owners cannot process this. Overall, this practice failed to adhere to the instructions left by veterinarian and owner Bill who advised that a follow-up appointment was not required and to provide my dog with the required assistance. Current vet did not acknowledge me when attending the clinic on Wednesday 18th 2019 and took very little care of the feedback my partner and I provided over the phone. Disappointed about their service and will spread the word that this clinic is money hungry and their duty of care is lacking.

They bought out the wrong dog to an owner. The rooms are tiny. They asked me if they could stop the medication for my dog. They did not refund the booking fee even with 2 weeks notice. They lied about the reasons for not showing where the dogs stay. The dogs only get 20 minutes a day exercise and they aren't supervised or looked after for the whole time. They tried to persuade me to not get a photo every day, because 'the dog will be doing the same thing every day'. The Web camera has been discontinued due to being 'hacked'. The dogs have been returned covered in bites, others covered in urine, like they had been left lying in it. On coming out of daycare my dog was stressed, peeing and pooping as soon as she left. My dog was injured at this establishment, the injury was days old before the staff noticed. There would of been BLOOD how can you not see BLOOD! It is in my opinion in this instance the pet hotels staff were neglect in their duty of care to my pet. They should of noticed the injury, I pay them to keep my pets safe, if an accident or injury occurs my expectation is the staff will not only advise me of the injury but also monitor it. Why else do you pay for pet boarding if not to keep your pets safe this establishment didn't clean or attend to my pets injury they didn't even notice it until the day we picked them up! There web site states the pets hotel is customer designed for your pets health, safety and comfort. Not in this instance! Quite frankly it's a disgrace, it's also incredible to have them tell me it was a potential nick! Seriously her whole ear has been chewed! It should of been picked up not ignored!
