All the things you want in a tattoo shop. Clean shop, friendly staff, reasonable prices and true genuine artists working. I worked with Diego and he was a true pleasure to work with. He listened to what I wanted but also made sure to discuss what would be best from a tattoo artist stand point. Tattoo did take a little longer than expected (6.5hrs versus 4.5hrs) but also didn't mind because this is on my body forever and I'd rather them take their time to perfect it than be rushed. It wasn't until I wanted to schedule another tattoo that my artist Jacob (the owner) asked me what I wanted to add to my tattoo. I told him my idea and he just stopped responding. This was my first experience getting a tattoo. I called day-of and was able to squeeze in an appointment with Diego. I had a general idea of what I was looking for and showed Diego an image that he re-designed in his own style. The result was incredible and for my first time getting a tattoo I would say this was the best way it could have gone. Diego will work with you and also give his input from an artist's point of view (especially color-wise, I was looking for something with more orange-golds and he suggested some tweaks that would make it more breathtaking). He's really communicative about what he'll be doing during the process and will check in with you to make sure you are doing alright. Care instructions were clear and when my tattoo started to weep under the second skin (it's a really good protective layer that is also often used for burn victims) - which is super common, don't be scared if this happens to you, it's often a part of the healing process - Diego gave me another one to keep it fresh and healing securely. This tattoo is so beautiful and the placement also allows me to start a really good sleeve. Overall the vibes are really good here. Expect to bring cash and some extra to tip well. I will definitely be coming back to start my sleeve! If you're considering coming here, especially for an on-a-whim moment, just do it. I recommend calling ahead. I have no regrets. 10/10 read more

Insensitive and unprofessional staff. Diego was absolutely rude when asked if there was someone who could do a fine line project for me, seeming offended and replied "I do fine lines every day but is there someone else you want to talk to?" I was a walk in so had no idea of his work or approach, and asked a reasonable question. I have several tattoos and have never had an experience like this. When I tried to clarify what I was looking for (an outline of something), he became sarcastic and just repeated himself slower, "is there someone else you want to talk to?" He was genuinely rude and insensitive, as this project is related to the loss of my baby which he did not show an ounce of compassion for. For an artist to not be sensitive to the fact that many people wish to commemorate important life events is substandard and a huge red flag. I do not recommend this place if you want to collaborate on something with an actual artist who won't get offended by simple questions, can handle collaboration, and is able to show even a tiny bit of patience and professionalism to their customers. I'm so glad I didn't trust him with this project. read more

It is a very unprofessional environmental. I had to wait for my tattoo artist to take all of his trash out of his area before he could tattoo me. Then he didn't shave my leg, check my ID or remember certain aspects of the tattoo I wanted. He drew and put the tattoo on me facing me so the tattoo would look upside down to other people. While he was putting the stencil on me, other employees kept walking up to me and saying "that's going to suck". Overall, it's not a shop to get quality work done. It's loud, not clean, and the work isn't good. I won't be going back. read more

I am not one to leave reviews, but this place deserves 5 stars. I stopped in one day to see about covering a hideous tattoo that I had gotten earlier this year in Carmel. It was so bad, that I was embarrassed to show it to the artist, but Nick was super kind and immediately came up with ideas to make it better. I booked an appointment, and all I can say is WOW! Nick exceeded my expectations and turned it in to something beautiful that I can't stop staring at! Never in my wildest imagination did i think this tattoo could be transformed like this. On top of that, it was nearly painless! The original tattoo guy(I can't in good conscience call him an artist) tore my skin apart and at the end, I was left with an ugly, bloody mess. My experience today was a night and day difference, and I can't recommend Nick enough. He is super nice, personable, and definitely a true artist! Thanks Nick!
