I am not disputing the load being over the limit. I called about the difference between wet weight and dry weight. They discounted 1/2 ton for wet weight. The fine print that I signed said that overages would be $55.00/ton. I was charged $62/ton. I called to ask about difference and was told that their invoices had not been updated.

We needed 3. (My furniture was less than in the walkthrough with my estimator.) I still have items they did not bring over from the trips! I do not recommend this "moving" company. They do not know how to estimate (and if they are wrong they will add to the final bill - if they don't damage your home.)

No problem for them to send a team of two. My wife wanted two females both bilingual Spanish & English and Stephanie was able to accommodate our request. Check that box. Lea & Linda were wonderful. A pleasure to have them in our home. Both hardworking and very detail oriented. Check that box. Scheduling issue? None! Again Stephanie is on top of it! Check that box.
