I've been to this location on 2 different occasions and I strongly dislike the customer service…read more First time I tried to open up a chase account earlier during the day, I was kindly told to make an appointment I asked why and they responded because there was no one available, but there were several bankers not doing anything during that time and they had barley even been open. This was upsetting because they were all sitting in view snacking and laughing and with one another. I get being busy and having no time but they act like they're too good to help people. I went to another chase and was helped. Will not be stepping foot in this location again or recommend it to anyone.
