First of all they did the estimate, $69. That was OK But, the most important job I wanted done was estimated at $895. I felt that was too much as I had the similar job done by another Co. 2 years ago. The job at that time was around $150. I know prices have risen but, not that much. I decided to get my tools out and try it myself...I hate plumbing. The total parts were $56 and 1.5 hours of my time! I guess I owe myself $839. Thank me very much. read more

I had a tough drain clog in my kitchen, but I called you guys, and the issue was quickly and expertly resolved. I am getting along in years, so I can't recall the names of the nice gentlemen who came out to my home to fix the clog, but they were really quite thorough! I do remember the person I spoke with on the phone, however. His name was Jordan (the only reason I remember that is because he told me to call him "Jazzy"Jordan ), and he was a very polite young man with great energy! (He made me laugh!) I wanted to have an outside faucet fixed so it would quit dripping. I called Maston's and they sent a service person (Conner) out to have a look at my faucet. They gave me choices on what needed to be done, and I chose one. He came back early the next morning had had the new faucet installed better than i thought it would be done. From the initial phone with terrific Trish to Cale the owner giving me a call to answer my questions. Everything about them was amazing, I had a sewer issue that I have been dealing with for years. We used Mastons Plumbing and Drain 10 months ago and paid $350 for hydrojetting a floor drain. We scheduled the same service again recently. No one mentioned any price change. When the technician arrived, the price suddenly jumped to $868. After we questioned it, the technician called a supervisor and--just like that--the price was dropped to a "members rate" of $618. If you can knock off $250 with one phone call, the original price was never honest. This also isn't our first issue with them. During the previous visit they told us our pipes "needed to be replaced." We brought out another licensed plumber who confirmed our pipes were completely fine. Between the surprise pricing, the instant discount game, and the inaccurate repair claims, we won't be using Mastons again. Very disappointed and would not recommend. read more

I had excellent service from the on site tech Konner Greathouse. Unfortunately I was uncomfortable with the prices given to me from this company. I have a clogged laundry drain line and the long term solution is new pipes and a new drain vent. However I need a short term solution and I have to look elsewhere. I sure the services are great through Matson's but I wont be doing business with this company because the prices are too high for my shoe string budget. But I just wanted to shout out Konner for giving such great customer service and being well informed and competent. He is the exact kind of plumber i would want to work with in the future. read more

Bad experience with Maston's. Hired them to install a kitchen faucet, and they scheduled the install between 1 PM and 3 PM, so I took an afternoon off work. They arrived at 6:15 and said it would be $495 to install the faucet. I did it myself and it took me about 30 minutes. read more

Tate was able to help clean up my failed attempt at replacing an old Moen cartridge in my shower. Not cheap for at 15 minute job, but it was the same quote I got from another local company. They were quick to respond and great communication. Not the cheapest but reliable. read more

Their prices are very unaffordable, and was 400% higher than two other plumbers quotes. Excuse given was "you desire best job you'll pay the price"! Had natural gas line installed total of five feet. Maston's plumber quoted me 2100 bucks, I ended up paying 400 bucks for parts and labor from another plumber. read more

These guys are the best. We woke up to a frozen pipe this morning and thank heaven it hadn't burst yet. I sent a message to them and they contacted me in less than five minutes and we're on the phone talking in 10 minutes. He was out to our house a hour later, inspected our plumbing and thawed the frozen pipe. They were very reasonable on their charges. if this pipe would've gone too long and broken, we would've had thousands and thousands of dollars of damage repair.
