Chris responded immediately via e-mail and, after discussing my problem, we set an appointment for the following Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. Chris was very prompt!! He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my problem and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what his process would be. Chris's work is as good as it gets for plumbing. I loved that when I called him I spoke with him directly. He was able to give me a estimate to the cost so I could plan it indo my budget. I called another local plumber I was told that it was going to be $150 just to show up, and when every dollar count you need someone that can be upfront with you.
