I won't go into details, but they will definitely do it. I rented for 16 years in Calgary, and never had any issues with any property management company, but Unison. Avoid this company at all cost! Additionally, Michael Lazarowich attempted to have me cover the property's repair costs, but thankfully, the building manager defended me and informed me that manipulating situations to make the renters pay for repairs is a common tactic used by Michael Lazarowich.
