I was very disappointed, Although great price...You get what you pay for. I had Mr.Mata install a shower door it look good, In less then 8 months the plastic on the handle broke ...During that time my friend had hers done water leaked on the floor through shower door which her door was not installed correctly by the unexperienced young kids he hires. I called Mr. Mata to advise, He said the shower doors / Parts have no warrant "there is nothing I can do Mr. Mata stated" Very cold hearted bad business man. This man and his staff are very unprofessional, I left messages with his secretary she was either not giving him the message or he wouldn't call back ! read more

Yesterday morning the glass to my backdoor shattered. I asked my neighbors on the nextdoor app who could I call to come fix my door. Mata came highly recommended for how fast, price & cleanliness of the job done. We had put a temporary door up last night & left the broken door in the garage since we were unsure how long it would take to get fixed. Two gentlemen came to replace the door & sadly the frame for the glass also needed to be replaced. They even took off my temporary door & rehung my old door once fixed for a small fee. Very disappointed with the service. I had a shower door installed and it was leaking water. I texted Gerardo and he came out like 4 days later and made some repairs. Two days later I texted him twice because the water was still leaking. He never replied back. I called the office Monday and the receptionist advised she was going to look into it and call me back. I called back today and no answer. As of today I'm still waiting for her call. Horrible service. Will Definitely not recommend or use their services ever. read more

I have started the process of having my windows replaced with this company. So far they have came out and measured my windows. I have not heard back yet on a definite price or install but from when I went into their shop and spoke with the ladies working there I have had a good experience with them this far. I will add more to this review during and after the installation process if I decide to use this company. The only issue I have had so far is. I can't get an answer on when they can install. Their shop was nice and the ladies were informative and their prices sound extremely good. 4 stars for now as there is room for improvement on the communicating dates and scheduling side. It seems they put your info on a ticket and lay that ticket in a basket and the window installation techs can grab it when they can. The ladies I dealt with were very sweet and friendly and very informative. I hope the entire process will go smooth in which case I will update this review to five stars with some pictures of the work. read more
