After speaking with a female representative who fixed the invoice and sent it again, David decided to call me and berate me, ending the conversation with "you don't know what you're talking about" and then hanging up on me, the customer. Excellent quality and fast service for a large custom mat needed to frame a collage poster of a safari trip. Michael's didn't even offer that size online, so I knew it would be incredibly expensive for a special order. Matboard Plus gave me size options, recommendations for inner mat sizes, color options, and excellent pricing. It came packaged perfectly to protect the mat, and was here before I even expected it. I emailed customer service because I wanted to frame my own university diplomas and had some ideas on how I might use their materials. All of the local frame shops and the university bookstore were grossly overpriced. David quickly emailed me advice on what may or may not work and why as well as the specs on how to order it so I could accomplish what I wanted. I found the exact same mats and a similar enough frame with the uv protective glass I wanted. I also picked up a couple of other supplies I needed to qualify for the free shipping. The package that arrived was thoroughly packed to protect the glass items from breaking and the mats from bending. Excellent job! They can custom-cut any-size-openings to an accuracy of 0.001" and quantity discounts still apply even if all openings are of different sizes.
