    When I need to purchase paper towels, toilet paper or other items I need to get a good deal as bulk I know I can trust that Sam club will have it. Customer service is lacking but it can always be improved. The store for the most part is clean. Safety hazards are always in use when they moving merchandise. There is this nice older man that wears glasses and is often bringing in the carts. I would say that cart attendant demonstrates the best exceptional customer service and always makes you feel welcoming. He does it with so much grace and when I was injured of my wrist he even made him self more available and helped me load my items into my car.

    I ordered Cottonelle wipes and received expired French's Crispy Fried Onions. I called customer service for assistance Ava they were very unprofessional, advised they didn't care about my issues. I told them I was recording their comments and they hung up on me. I then called to cancel my membership, stayed on hold as "the next in line" for 30 minutes, then that line also hung up. Very disappointed, I've been a member for more than 15 years. Their customer service has really gone downhill.

    The fresh food here sucks. No other way to put it. I used to be a plus member but everything relatively healthy is expired and rotting. I have bought fruit and veggie smoothie for my kids-EXPIRED. Premixed salad-EXPIRED. Broccoli florets-EXPIRED. Cherry tomatoes-EXPIRED. The sad thing is that all these experiences happened on different visits spanning about a year so this is obviously a habit they have of selling expired and moldy food. We have brought this up to some employees, then the store manager then contacted corporate and guess what? NO RESPONSE! I don't believe they even care. I have since downgraded to a regular membership because I do like some of the non perishables here but I guess I didn't learn my lesson because I picked up some more produce Saturday, went to use them On Tuesday and found mold. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have since gotten a Costco membership and am very happy with their produce. My recommendation? Don't buy any fresh food here, it's probably expired or moldy. Shoppers beware!!

    Love this Sam's Club. Team members are helpful and friendly. The Enviorment is clean and well stocked.

    The past 4 times that I've shopped for fruits and vegetables like oranges, lemons, avocados, potatoes and pineapple at this location, they all start rot and mold within 24 hours. It's ALWAYS the produce

    AUTO TIRES & SERVICES: I had a great deal on 4 Michelin tires for my SUV. $153/tire plus $15 installation fee/tire. Overall, I was to pay about $670 + tax, but they had a promo that will take $70 off if 4 Michelin tires were bought. The friendly and knowledgeable cashier also offered a free battery check which I agreed to. But looking at the receipt, I don't think it was done which I don't mind because I recently had my battery replaced at the dealership anyways. When you buy tires from Sam's Club, it comes with attractive perks such as: lifetime free tire balance and rotation and tire repairs (until 2/32nds or less of tires remaining), road hazard protection, no-charge waste tire disposal, 3 years of unlimited emergency tire change service with inflated spare tire, etc. They paged me when they were done which did not take too long. While retrieving my car keys, I noticed they also had ongoing service offer on headlight renewal where they clean your yellowish/discolored headlights. I decided to avail this service. I wish it was mentioned by the cashier earlier. This time, the service took I think about 1.5 hour as it was already noon and the store was busier. There was already a line forming at the cashier being manned by only one employee. I was very satisfied with the headlight cleaning service which I paid $33 for. My headlights glass were sparkly clean and crystal clear like brand new! I was told not to wash the car for at least 48 hours. The service also came with limited 5 year warranty which I thought was pretty neat. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I came to retrieve my Sam's Club membership card (which I renewed online for $48) and for my Sam's Club MasterCard. They took two pictures, one for the temporary card and another one which they will send to the credit card company. I was told to expect to receive my credit card through mail in 7 to 14 days. I have no complaints other than, they were unable to turn off the autorenewal annual membership on my account. I told them I was prompted to go to Sams Club location to do this when I tried doing this online. I was instructed to call the customer service which I will do tomorrow. GROCERIES: I thought at least 30% of the items I wanted to buy had no price tags so most of the time, I did not buy them. Also Christmas-related items were scattered in different locations, like gift wrappers were in one place, tags and ribbons in another and Christmas cards were all the way on a completely different aisle (I had a hard time finding them). There were lots of food stands offering free taste of yummy foods, as it was the weekend. SAM'S CLUB CAFETERIA: They had really cheap prizes on pizza, hotdogs, etc. GAS: Very competitive prices. $1.70/gallon as of December 2015. For the discounts I got (especially from the auto services), I thought membership fee was worth it, especially for tire rotations and other services that will come with the tire and headlights warranty. Will probably renew again next year.

    How can I express 1000% satisfaction from someone who saved my life via my brakes system…read more... shizzzzz u write up a review and blast they name anytime someone is asking about a FABO establishment. Well it all started buying a GMC 3500CK 4x4 pick up truck. It's a hella of buy for a amazing work truck yet my baby needed some much awaited TLC. I went to a brake master place and the Jive talk they was giving me was some BS and saying they had to do extra extra in preset to complete the brake system task. Yet to see the horrific condition my Baby Bertha Brown I had to sit down and figure out the next move B4 an accident would occur. I went to get me sum chicken from Churches right in front or back of California Wheels and Tires to think about WTF am I gonna do. When the hot sauce hit da chicken and da chicken went in my mouth and down in my belly The gas bubbles or the light went on and sum thing said Hey U Chicken Finger licking Man U need to go check out dem boyz and see if they fix brakes systems. So self in responding to self was like bro they only do tires man... Self was like get ya ass up and go after u get done with those biscuits and mash tatters. So I went and to my surprise they did brakes and they do everything from A to Z. I had the honor to see a master at his passion Mr Orlando. This young man did an amazing a bucking Hines 57 Sauced up Job. He also talked me though it as I was asking curious questions. Orlando saved my Damn life and didn't give me no BS answer about how it's gone have to take extra extra steps to get it done. The young man went in asset the situations and went in harder than Clark Kent protection Lois Lane from Lex Luther. All I need y'all to do whomever is reading this Give em a try you shall be surprise Don't knock local Green Eggs and Ham Ohh Sam I Am.     PART 2 (SEE PART I UNDER…read moreREVIEWS FOR BIG-O ON JUAN TABO IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM) It is never adviseable to take one's car to the Big-O store on Menaul, unless they feel like having greedy, stupid, under-educated service advisors/mechanics destroy the car! A few days after receiving the rude and threatening phone call from Mark/"Mr. Cigarettes and Whiskey" at the Juan Tabo store, I called the Menaul store to see if they could do the A/C job and use the estimate from the Menaul store since they evaluated my car. I spoke to a service advisor named Chris. He was very nice on the phone. He said he would honor the A/C estimate from Mr. Cigarettes and Whiskey's Juan Tabo store. Chris scheduled the appointment for me the next day, and said he would be there to help me. Guess what? Chris called in sick the next day. I had made up my mind years of guessing how to have the work done, and was resolute the work be done that day!!! Very bad idea. The new service advisor, Hunter, was not privy to the arrangement I had with Chris. Hunter was a total scheister. Hunter said they had to do their own inspection - would not allow the one from Mr. Cigarrettes and Whiskey's store on Juan Tabo. (**To do an A/C job correctly, the the Condensor, Dryer, Compressor, etc., vacuum and recharge must be done at the same time). Hunter refused to allow the A/C kit that Chris and I agreed Big-O would use for my car. Hunter would not allow the replacement of the Condensor and Dryer: obviously because he thought I would ask to have them replaced after the their work was done, and he was going to charge $870.00!!! Hunter wanted to discuss the check engine light. I told him all about the P-0420 Catalytic Converter code and testing since January to make sure it wasn't something else. Hunter ignored the stack of hard copies I had in my hand from O'Reilly's of check engine scans; stated a bold-faced lie that it was NEVER a check engine light for the Catalytic Converter; that the Check E gine Light was for an Oil Pressure Sensor. I hsd never heard of that part, and there was never a problem with anything like that brought to my attention. Hunter swore if I replace the Oil Pressure Sensor that the check engine light would extinguish itself. Hunter was very sneaky; there was no discussion about price; Hunter got my signature to start work on the A/C Compressor. I told Hunter several times I was only interested in doing the work on the A/C that day. When I showed interest and began asking questions, Hunter had already typed $758.00 on the signed work order on the computer, and said, "It will be $758.00" and walked away as though it was all signed and done - but it was not: excuse me, we ere gettimg ready to talk prices!!! Twenty minutes later I told Hunter "Forget the Oil Pressure Sensor job because I have never had a check engine light for an Oil Pressure Sensor, and just do the A/C, please." Hunter said, "NO. I will not stop that job." Hunter returned the car later in the day. I backed the car out of the parking space, put the car in forward and the check engine came on again!!! I told Hunter ASAP. He said come back in four days on Thursday, and I will refund your money. Hunter was not there Thursday or Friday. Saturday, he changed his tune and said he was only interested in doing work pertaining to the work he did to replace the Oil Pressure Sensor - I told him I didn't want him to do so many times. By doing that "job," Hunter created new problems with the car that were never there before - IN ADDITION TO CRACKING A FAIRLY NRW RADIATOR BECAUSE HUNTER DID NOT ADVISE REPLACING THE WATER PUMP, THERMOSTAT, GASKET, APPLICABLE HOSES BEFORE THE A/C JOB WAS DONE, AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED TO THE RADIATOR AND TO THE CAR WHEN TRYING TO USE THE A/C THAT WASNT DONE RIGHT? I asked to use the A/C kit promised by Chris. Hunter made sure he was very parental amd said "NO," but wrote on the receiot an A/C kit was used. Did his mechanic replace every gasket and seal that was in the kit just as Chris had promised? The A/C job was not done right. I complained. The clowns at the Big-O store on Menaul made me sign a waiver that they are not responsible for what they did to foul up my car; and, will not warranty the parts, workmanship. Jerome, their Manager, doesn't seem to understand the difference between terrible, incompetent work done on Jerome's watch that Jerome should be accountable for as the store Manager, VERSES someone in Jerome's personal life that has nothing to do with crappy quality of services and abusive treatment given to customers breaking their cars under Jerome's watchful eye- JEROME!!!!
