This is the straw that broke the camel's back though. I went in the other day (8-17-15) to deposit cash this time into another person's account. When I walk in, there were already two people handling transactions with the tellers. There were 2 tellers open and lady who I assume was the "branch manager" or "head teller" at the last counter but wasn't open. But, she was chit-chatting with the one of the customers who was making a transaction with one of the other tellers. Meanwhile, it's me and 2 other people in line waiting to be helped....and the "branch manager" still talking and laughing. One man behind me leaves b/c of the wait, but when he walks out another customer walks in, so now it's still 3 ppl waiting, and waiting and waiting and the "branch mananger" is still talking and laughing!!! Are you friggn' SERIOUS???!!! So you're gonna act like you don't see us waiting?!! Wouldn't the most business professional thing to have done would've been to take care of your waiting customers? I understand that she may have not been a teller, but she was something associated with the "front end" so why not jump at a counter and say " I can take the next person in line. I'm so sorry for your wait, how can I help you today?". I mean really!! That is a case of bad management at a bank if I've ever seen one!! I'm looked over even after I sign in and wait through the long line to do so others just sit down and get served over me after doing the right thing. It just happened again I was disregarded by all three bankers at the office currently. One closed their door and isn't helping anyone period. The other two don't care who was there the longest just who they want to help. The people currently in an office didn't sign in just sat down. This is a horrible way to treat the b people that keep you in business and after 10 years dealing with this location it has never changed the process just the employee. I will be changing my bank. Closed it. Cannot even open up to get the 1 cent and 11 cents to bounce back to certify an account. Tried to open another and the same thing. Great giant scarlet X on my name because I was a victim and not the criminal or wealthy. But if you are a regular person and are scammed/hacked, then look out because thy will ruin you. You will be exposed to every hacker on the web. Wide open. Hacked.

However, they were extremely incompetent. They couldn't even get our address right after about three completely different attempts. Their website didn't work well, so they had us submit the application and everything in paper form, but their multiple errors required them to completely re-write the loan, so we again filled out dozens of forms. It took them three months to finally back out of the loan. They gave no reason, except a reluctant admission that they didn't know about some of the government regulations on our type of FHA. It was by far some of the VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had!
