Sunbelt Rentals then placed a lien on our home based on David's lies to them. Our contractor tried numerous times to get David to pay the bill at Sunbelt Rentals which he never did. I ended up having to pay David's bill to Sunbelt Rentals to cancel their lien on our house. David did shotty work which the mason that we hired to complete his work insisted upon tearing down because it was not stable. Then he stuck us with a bill for his rental equipment that we never authorized.
