When he tried Samuels, he had two people working with him and going over several different styles til they figured put what I would like. All of them together found the PERFECT ring and I love it so much! On top of that, when it came time to get my wedding band, I wanted something that would match and they were able to find one with ease. A few months after our wedding was my birthday and my husband wanted to get me another band to round out my wedding set, unfortunately they no longer carried the same band to match my wedding band. They worked with us until we found one that looked perfect and you can't even tell they are two different style of bands (see picture). I wanted to add 2 charms that I received as anniversary and retirement gifts to my James Avery…read morebracelet. I found Bench Jeweler when I googled jewelry repair near me and found Danny. I called him and asked him if he would be able to add my charms while I waited and he did just that. The business is located inside the Joe V's on FM 1960 near Aldine Westfield. When I showed him the charms, he asked me where I wanted them to go on my bracelet and just like that he was finished in less than 10 minutes.
