This evidence was significant enough that my own attorneys acknowledged it and attempted to correct the record, yet she still refused to include it in her report. I was also denied equal access. When I asked for additional time to speak with her, I was refused, while the opposing party was given considerably more hours. This unequal treatment created a strong appearance of bias and prejudgment. A Guardian ad Litem is ethically obligated to remain neutral, investigate all relevant facts, and act in the child's best interests. In my case, Ms. Nolan failed in these duties, issued a one-sided recommendation, and harmed the outcome of my case. I also personally overheard her office staff speaking disrespectfully about an elderly client and discussing matters related to that client's will in a way that felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I believe her conduct was unethical and below the professional standards expected of a Guardian ad Litem.

Case # 19SL-CC04680. Lead counsel From February 2019 - June 2024 was Anthony R. Friedman Mo. Bar # 65531 and upon his withdrawal Elizabeth C. McNulty Mo. Bar # 71957 was appointed lead counsel. - After a failed mediated settlement agreement conference wherein at which time Friedman shared privileged information with opposing counsel and on December 22, 2025 a formal bar complaint was delivered to the Office Of Chief Disciplinary counsel naming Anthony R. Friedman as respondent citing several violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct. Complainant Albert B. Pepper Jr. is now proceeding to compose a formal bar complaint naming Elizabeth C. McNulty, successor counsel as respondent also citing several violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct. Multiple acts of nonfeasance, misfeasance and malfeasance were perpetrated upon their client Pepper by Friedman and it continued without remedy by McNulty and associate counsel up to, through and post trial. Evidence that support the O.C.D.C. complaints allegations are as follows: Telephone audio recordings, email correspondences, deposition transcripts, trial transcripts and case file. Any client or potential client would be well advised to document and retain everything including and specifically telephone audio recordings. The state of Missouri is a one party consent state: Under Mo. Rev. Stat. § 542.402,. Sincerely, Albert B. Pepper Jr. - litigant pro se consumer advocate - citizen journalist. at this time you may do a google key word search for Anthony R. Friedman attorney and receive links to my consumer advocacy site. When you read the narrative and the factually allegations of the systemic misconduct perpetrated on the plaintiff client Albert B. Pepper Jr. by The Simon Law Firm P.C. it will stagger the imagination.

Zack Zidzik, who interviewed me, did not appear to have read any information I had already provided about the case by questions he asked, seemed focused on the minutia and could not see the big picture I had outlined in detail for them in return email. Zack twice asked me to "tell him everything I knew in 30 seconds" about different key elements of a case that had been unfairly decided against me by HUD with many glaring errors on their part but had now become too big for me to handle alone. Or detail for him in 30 seconds. I wondered if this was a test of my communication skills, cognitive functioning or if he was trying to impress the female on staff taking notes by asking questions about statements made on HUD documents filed by someone else in 1981. Again, failing to see the big picture with no regard given to information provided showing more recent and relevant developments regarding that aspect of the case. I later called and asked to provide feedback on the interview but no interest was shown in it or a case they already turned down without any material case evidence allowed sent to or reviewed by them to evaluate the merits of my case.
