The staff was extremely friendly and were thorough in their procedure process. The testing center was calm and relaxing. Having taken multiple exams at various locations for my job, this is by far one of the nicest. The testing center is in a separate room with each desks sectioned off like a cubical. The computer appear to be newer. One of the best things about the testing center is that they offer some noise cancelling headphones to muffle any noise. As long as New Horizons offers the certifications that I need to take, it will be my go to testing facility when in Indy.

Stephen did an excellent job of holding our attention and keeping the class engaged with a perfect blend of knowledge, expertise, and humor. He kept us on point throughout the four day course. Post class, I found the video lessons to be most helpful. Thanks to Stephen and PMA, I passed the PMP exam on my first attempt.

This is my 2nd bootcamp with PMA, which has consistently delivered good products and genuinely cares about providing value. I would say, however, that the style of the PMI PMP exam has changed quite a bit over the years and it feels like the syllabus for future bootcamps is going to need to evolve too.

The teachers in her classroom have been there for a long time and just love on those kiddos. I don't care about an education, she's 8 months, I just want someone to care for her while I am working and there hasn't been a day that's passed where I didn't feel that was the case! During COVID, their precautions make us feel at ease everyday so this virus has been the least of our worries. They have incorporated minimal lobby capacity, temperature checks, masks, and hand sanitizer. The only bummer is that parents cannot go past the lobby so we have never spent time in her room. :/ hopefully that will come back one of these days! The app is one of my favorite parts! We get little updates throughout the day on what's going on with her and sometimes even a picture, it's the best. I'm so glad we chose KinderCare for our daughter and I would highly recommend, especially for infants!
