You have to go in and meet with the center manager and listen to the spiel and not until the end do you get the costs. You have to buy blocks of 50 hours of tutoring at around $90/hour, which means you don't get out of there for under about $4,500.00. Of course, this is paid up front. You can pay for tutoring by the hour, but that is $105.00/hour. Under both scenarios, in that hour they can have up to three students in the tutoring session. Wow! Someone is making a lot of money. Is it the tutors? No. I looked at Glassdoor and the tutors make between $20 to $25 per hour. So, if you do the math, the center is getting up to $315/hour and paying the tutor $25? Caching! Obviously, we didn't sign on, so this is not an entirely fair review. That's why they get a 3. Because they wasted an hour of my time. Maybe their services are really worth that much. I'll never know.

I had my child go in for an evaluation and left during it. I would NEVER take my children somewhere…read morethey are not respected and treated kindly! My child actually asked to leave, when he was previously excited to be there. The owner/tutor didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was there or explained what was going to take place. She just had her receptionist take my son back to the room she was in. When he got back there she handed him a paste of paper and told him to go sit. She never explained anything to either of us about what was going on. We were under the impression that it was 1 on 1 tutoring tutoring but that is definitely not the case they were multiple kids in the room. When I made the appointment I made it directly with the owner but when we got there she had no idea what we were there for, mind you she asked for all the details when I made the appointment over the phone. When I told her we were going to leave she acted like it was stupid of us to do that and even rolled her eyes at me. As for the receptionist was doing her best to be kind but she was obviously irritated with the children sitting in the waiting room and was unknowledgeable of what they provided at the location. Every question I asked her, her response was oh my boss will tell you; mind you the "boss" never came out until we were leave.
