Upon further investigation, my son indicated it was more of an online test taking exercise while tutor watched and provided guidance. After receiving the scores I contacted them multiple times with zero response. This is unacceptable. Do not use! Find another service. I'm on the hunt for a better one but now I know what to ask. Lesson learned.
