I dealt with Kenneth looking for a transmission for my Volvo. He quickly found me a very clean unit for a fair price. When I installed it and test drove it, it shifted fine but had a substantial leak from the front pump. He immediately located me another unit. The car runs like new. What impressed me so much was how Kenneth kept me updated via phone or text along the way. He definitely went out of his way to assure I was taken care of, even texting me on his day off. I wish there were zero stars. The most absurd parts place I have ever visited. I put down a $250 deposit on an engine with the only requirement being that it was an electronic throttle. They refused to allow me TO EVEN LOOK AT THE ENGINE until I paid them in full for an engine that may not even work. They wouldn't even confirm that it was/was not an electronic throttle until I paid them 100% of the money, which I refused. THE MOST ABSURD EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Don't give these clowns a $ Think about it. Why would an auto parts dealer demand 100% of the money up front without allowing you to first view/confirm the part? read more

Terrible service. Tried to order a used engine from these folks for a customer. They wanted me to wire transfer (who does that?) the money to them - wouldn't accept a credit card. Spent a full day trying to buy something from them. Couldn't get accounting on the phone, or the managers. Finally got so frustrated that I cancelled the order - I would rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this headache. read more

Great place to get auto parts I needed a mirror for my Lexus sedan and I found the part online. They were one of the places that had it And at almost the lowest price They were 20 minutes away so I called The staff was great They checked the computer and assured me they had it That was 10 am. I asked if I could pick it up today. They said yes and it was ready in 2 hours. Wow. What great service I drove up and when I entered the office I was greeted by friendly people and had my part ready at the front desk It was clean and well organized.
