While delays can happen--especially around the holidays--the lack of communication is what really makes this experience frustrating. Throughout the entire process, Rimzone never once took the initiative to provide updates. No proactive emails, no status check-ins, nothing. The only way to get information is to reach out to them directly, and even then, responses feel reactive rather than helpful. As a customer spending good money, I shouldn't have to chase basic order updates. What makes this even more disappointing is that after looking back through my old messages, I realized this exact same issue happened the last time I ordered from Rimzone. So unfortunately, this doesn't feel like a one-off holiday hiccup--it feels like a pattern. The products themselves may be fine, but customer service and communication matter, especially when you're waiting weeks for wheels and tires. At this point, I honestly recommend buying local or choosing another online retailer that values keeping customers informed.
