On average, the doctors and PAs are attentive and do a good job. Just the front desk people and nurses are never consistent. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes so snotty and rude I wonder how they keep their job. Today was ridiculous. The woman at the front desk was polite but informed me that on weekends they "become" a specialist clinic. What does that mean? Well it means my $30 co pay now jumps to a $50 copay. I'm sure I'll be seeing the same PA and NP, except this time my check book and my insurance is seeing a hefty upcharge. Hello - insurance fraud!?! I took my copay and insurance to a different company's urgent care facility. Integres - you're no longer the on show in town!

While the staff at Enid Live Well were friendly, I paid $150 per session for five treatments on a small 1-inch tattoo and saw no visible progress. The new med spa's licensed physician explained that my tattoo looked as though I had only undergone one session, not five. She also told me the treatments at Enid Live Well were scheduled far too frequently. Dr Vicki had advised me to return every two weeks or once a month, but proper tattoo removal requires at least eight weeks between sessions for the skin to heal. Because of this rushed schedule, I was warned that I may now face potential skin damage.
