When he arrived for the second appointment he had a plastic tub full of carpet pieces to show what they had available. They were all really low quality carpet samples, so we asked for something nicer. He dropped off a few more pieces a few days later, but it was still cheap carpet. The prices were fine, but they are definitely a discount installer.
