Unfortunately, the front desk experience ruined everything. The receptionist, who spends her time browsing Pinterest on the company computer, was rude and unhelpful. She made it extremely difficult to schedule an appointment, and that should have been my first red flag. She even canceled my appointment, blaming it on Tricare's new referral system. In reality, everything had already been submitted correctly, but their billing department mishandled it. To make things worse, she later called me accusing me of missing the very appointment that she herself had canceled. This was nothing but unnecessary chaos. It seems they want everything handed to them without doing their job, and patients end up paying the price. I feel bad for Miss Roth, but hiring someone like this at the front desk is a huge mistake. They don't work well with Tricare. Save yourself the headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Went through my medical past asked all of right questions inorder to get a practical treatment plan inplace that would benefit me health wise for the future . Offered me practical health advise that would'nt cost me any out of pocket cash on expensive medications that I could do on my own. Very short wait time from reception to seeing the Nurse Practitioner. I ran out of life saving medication on the weekend after my appointment , called the office on Monday for some samples until I received my new perscription. Fifteen minutes after my call , I had 6 bottles of samples which would last me about a month were waiting for me at the front desk. Yes it is true I havent had an appointment with the Chief Physician of the practice Dr. Douglas Alorgbey but he is the person that approved or hired all of the people that work with in the practice which means to me he must be a well respected Physician that is looked up to as a leader in the medical profession. My husband was in the ER, and the ER doctor contacted Dr. Benedetti to update her on his condition and to ensure that he would be seen by her. I also called her office myself to request an urgent appointment. The staff told me they would call me back after speaking with the doctor, but I never received a call. I followed up the next day and was told the same thing--again, no response. Given the seriousness of my husband's condition and the lack of follow-through, I had no choice but to find another cardiologist. That doctor immediately took action, called an ambulance, and admitted my husband to the hospital. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first disappointing experience with Dr. Benedetti. I was also a patient of hers in the past and eventually left due to similar concerns. I don't feel that she takes proper care of her patients, and I would not recommend her based on our experiences.

And one male scheduler I spoke to was very rude. When I asked if he could fax the orders to the hospital he told me if he did it would cause the surgery to be cancelled. But then he called me back and told me he had confirmation that the orders had been faxed. When I asked at the registration desk they told me they had just received them. I'm very disappointed.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD…read more.. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS... My 90 year old Mom had Right Knee replacement surgery in late April 2019. It went VERY well. Before she left the rehab hospital, they let her free roam because she was progessing so well. After she got home in early May, she was up and walking with a walker, getting in an out of bed with very little assistance, walking outsde up to 1/4 mile at a time. After a couple of weeks home, a Therapist from Armonia showed up and was very Rude, Loud and Rough. She told my mom that she was going to "break up the scar tissue" in the knee. So, she pushed and prodded and squezzed very hard. When my mom commented that she was very strong, she procalimed proudly "Yes I am!" My mom had mentioned that her grandson had just received his Master's Degree. The Therapist shot back with, "My Grandson has 4 Masters Degrees." Whether it's true or not does not matter. She acted like she just had to "One Up" the patient. We also had a Live In Helper who witnessed her rudeness and mentioned to the therapist that she was much later than the appointment said. The Therapist asked my Mom if "that Lady" had to be there because she didn't like to be talked to like that. Her attitude aside, the Therapist ended up damaging my mom's knee. She called me that evening saying she could not walk any more. A follow up visit with her Ortho Surgeon showed that the Patella Tendon was detatched and her Patella was well above where it should be. This required one more surgery the first week of June 2019 to repair the torn tendon, but that surgery did not hold together after she went to a rehab hospital.. That review will follow on that rehab hospital's website. (Las Palmas Rehabilitaion Hospital) But, all this and the third surgery are a result of the unprofessional skills and uncaring attitude of the woman Therapist from Armonia. So, my warnings is AVOID THESE POEPLE FOR YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPY NEEDS!
