The nurse practitioner, when asking some personal questions did a 180 in her body language and attitude when I answered them. She didn't want to touch my phone to see my medications, barely noted anything else. My therapy session was good, and was told it would be weekly, but when scheduling I was told it could be about 2 wks more or less. I immediately started asking to speak to the office manager who I found is Ashley. My calls were never returned until today 4/17 when I called again and she finally spoke to me. I also asked to speak to the director but I won't hold my breathe. Ashley was quick to cancel any other appts, not that I would go but this office is SUPPOSED TO HELP PEOPLE NOT MAKE THEM RUN AWAY. Good luck getting them to answer and if they do they have you on speaker so anyone can hear what you're saying. I will be talking to my insurance company about this office, as well as reaching out to the mental health group here in El Paso. If the patient can't feel safe or treated with respect, they should not be open.

They put me in a room made me wait any longer additional 30 nobody checked in to see how I was an update the coordinator and Debbie were both extremely rude and escalated their voices when I was voicing my concern. It's sad to think that this is how people in mental health crisis are treated by staff I would not recommend anyone come here for their mental health as I guarantee you will leave feeling worse. The response as the owner to all of these posts is "We appreciate this review and that you were willing to write it. Understanding your concerns better is essential to us, and we would benefit from additional information." Code Whites (…read moreFights between patients or patients and staff) and one night I got no sleep because my unit mate did a code green (elopement) while a code white was going on. The psychiatrist for unit one is rude and does not care about you or your problems he will just prescribe meds that will make you gain a lot of weight. The only decent tech there that cared about me during inpatient care was Kayla but they fired her. And if you got into a fight they will put you in to a vault with a bed that will restrain you.And for outpatient, all they did was talk about substance abuse and alcohol usage and play movies. And the psychiatrist is the same way in outpatient. Overall, DO NOT COME HERE GO TO EL PASO BEHAVIORAL.
