I got confirmation texts the day after a booked it, the day after that, and the evening before the appointment. My appointment time came and I went out fifteen min early to wait. A half hr after my appointment time I checked their neighborly app and it said my appointment had been cancelled. I called the number, entered my zip code and was told there were two appointments under my name, one had been cancelled, the other one was still scheduled. They said the local office would call me to clear up confusion, or the technician should be there soon. A half hr later, an hr after my appointment time, a woman called and said she had called me last week and left a message that they do not service my area. I do not have any missed calls or messages. I asked why I had then gotten two confirmation texts after she said she called. She said the corporate system must have sent them. She told me to call another plumber who doesn't service my area then hung up. Not sure if this is a corporate scheduling issue, a local office issue or what but there is a definite customer service issue here.

We discovered a color change in our well water on Sunday Morning, Mother's Day, at a hose bib. We searched Online found the number for Jerry at Foothill Pump and saw the positive reviews noting his quick response. We called him and he answered right away! He spent 20 minutes with me on the phone going over the issue and gave me a few more ways to diagnose the situation. i ran thru the steps and still was seeing the discoloration. I called again and he agreed to come out the very next day but made one more recommendation and suggested that I run the water for a good long time ( 30 minutes to an hour) to see if that would flush out the issue. After Mother's Day lunch which was slightly somber due to the water situation I did as Jerry suggested and the water cleared up. We are gonna monitor the situation and retest the water.
