We discovered a color change in our well water on Sunday Morning, Mother's Day, at a hose bib. He spent 20 minutes with me on the phone going over the issue and gave me a few more ways to diagnose the situation. i ran thru the steps and still was seeing the discoloration. I called again and he agreed to come out the very next day but made one more recommendation and suggested that I run the water for a good long time ( 30 minutes to an hour) to see if that would flush out the issue.
