It's not my home studio but I appreciate the ability to take a strength class when my studio doesn't have one on the schedule. It's a bit of a drive for me, so I've only been maybe 10 or 12 times over the past year or so. The studio is on the smaller side and I have a friend who doesn't like it because she feels it's "dirty." I normally don't agree (though it is dark and on the smaller side, there are no mirrors in front of the weight stations because they are at windows, and the floor mats are pretty worn and old), but last weekend I did find a bunch of food gunk near my floor station. It looked like apple pie filling or something. I wiped it up but ... was kinda yucky. In general, I find the coaches to be fine and the front desk to be very nice. They were super helpful when I left a hat behind and came back a few days later to get it. Also the shower and restroom facilities are clean and spacious. Don't love that the water fountain station is in the lobby, but they can't really change the studio design. I don't find coaches to be super motivating or focused on sharing technical feedback, but I've also only taken strength or tread 50 classes, which I've heard coaches say are challenging to lead because there isn't as much to say. They also seem to run a lot of studio-specific promos/contests, like offering incentives for pre-booking classes and having raffles, which I think is a great way to keep up studio engagement and utilization. Street parking (free) has always been easy for me -- a big plus.

If you're coming for a basic, self-guided workout, this gym will easily scratch that itch. The space itself has some issues, especially the men's locker room. The bathrooms are not in good shape at all, and the locker room overall is musky and mildewy. Not great for a gym locker room. The main floor also isn't the most well ventilated. It's cavernous, but smell still travels quickly when you get the inevitable gym goer who struggles with basic hygiene. You'll smell 'em for your entire workout, unfortunately. Come for good workouts, don't expect top notch amenities or the most olfactory-friendly space!

On top of all that they are hosting an open house on a Monday of all days while again, making it physically harder to go to the gym and if you're lucky enough to get inside, actually use any equipment without spending 2.5 hours there. For $80 a month this gym is a scam…read more 1. The dirtiest gym I have ever seen. Equiptment has visible build up of dirt and leaves on it. 2. This gym is not accessible and friendly to people of all shapes and sizes. I am very short, under 5 ft. I cannot reach the cleaner spray, they put it nearly 6 ft in the air. It takes away my respect and dignity when I have to ask for someone to get it for me. It would be 100% free to make the gym more accessible for all, but they won't do it because they love having a dirty filthy gym! 3. The womens sauna has been broken for years. I have gone here on and off for about 5 years now and have never seen it working once. If the men get more ammenities and perks than the women, then I want to pay a different rate. It is GENDER DISCRIMINATION to provide difference services for men and women, but charge the same rate. 4. Virtually no air conditioning. Going back to working out at home again because this gym hits 80 degrees+ in the summer. They have the windows open and the blinds open and it gets HOT. I'm cancelling my memebership because I might as well jog outside for free! I find the staff to be lovely, but the management is a total failure.

I rang the bell for assistance, exactly as instructed on the posted sign, and politely asked the associate to refill my water bottle because I was wrapped in a towel. With male trainers present on the floor, this already felt uncomfortable for me due to prior trauma. The response I received felt dismissive and lacked basic courtesy. In a women-focused space, staff should understand and respect privacy concerns without making members feel awkward for asking for help. More concerning is locker room security. Items have been taken from my gym bag on three separate occasions, all on different days. In the most recent incident, my entire gym bag was taken and later abandoned once the person realized there was nothing valuable inside. This shows a pattern, not a one-off mistake. This gym charges premium prices, and repeated theft in the locker room is unacceptable. There needs to be stronger security, monitoring, and communication around this issue. Finally, there needs to be clarity and enforcement around the presence of male trainers in an all-female gym, especially near locker room areas. Many members choose women-only gyms specifically for safety, comfort, and privacy reasons. This expectation should be taken seriously, not minimized. I am asking management to: * Train staff to respond respectfully to reasonable requests. * Address ongoing locker room theft with real preventive measures. * Clearly communicate and enforce policies around access to women-only spaces. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this gym. I hope leadership takes this feedback seriously and makes changes that protect and respect its members.

Lots of cardio machines, strength machines, free weights, bands, and all that jazz. They have courts for squash and basketball, an indoor track, an indoor pool, and have fitness classes. Like any gym it gets busy at peak times, especially since it is a campus gym so lots of students. There are different membership options depending on if you're a student, faculty, or alumni. There are also guest passes and options for a day pass or seasonal pass (like winter break or summer). The membership is a bit pricey, but it is a quality gym and not that extreme compared to boutique gym prices (yikes!).

The program was scheduled to run from 09/09/2024 to 12/12/2024, four times a week for two hours each session. However, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Nowhere on their website or in the receipt was it mentioned that parents are required to stay during the whole program (two hour each day, four days/week). We only found out after the program had already started through an email, and my son was even denied entry to his class until I managed to arrive by taxi! It turns out this requirement is buried in a 33-page handbook that wasn't given to us during checkout or mentioned clearly beforehand. To make matters worse, I teach in the evenings and simply can't meet this last-minute obligation. I reached out to the business to ask for either a solution or a refund for the remainder of the program, but I've received zero response. While my child enjoys the actual swimming program, I am extremely disappointed with how this business is handling things. A little transparency and better communication would go a long way.

I had a hard time finding parking, so I called to let them know I'd be just a few minutes late. They were fine with it. What I didn't know is that they were docking me for it. Upon my arrival, the receptionists must think it's really cool to be there and uncool for me to be late because they were so rude. When my masseuse finally came out she told me because I was so late I was only getting a 45min massage even though I paid for 1hr. I got a deal, so I let it go. The massage was rushed and the walls so thin or the staff so obnoxious that I could hear everything outside the room. My mani/pedi were the worst I've ever had. There's only space for two people at a time and the space is so small and uncomfortable that even the nail techs kept hitting the walls and each other everytime they moved. My nail tech was disgusting. She was messy and creepy. She kept staring awkwardly at me without smiling or saying anything. When she started to masage my feet I closed me eyes, but when I realized she stopped massaging I opened them and saw that she was dozing off!! Foot massage lasted 5mins. When she did my nails and knicked the crap out of my cuticle I told her it was fine and even when it started bleeding she insisted that she didn't do anything and that it was me who did it before I came in. I asked her to please stop working on my nails, but she wouldn't. So, I had to sit through until I was left with more bloody fingers and uneven nails that were cut way too short. I can't believe how much they charge people for such mediocre services. I can't believe they allow people like this to work in their salon. This is another place that was a gym and decided they'd probably make some money with a salon, but know nothing about catering to it. I hate you, VIM.
