This business has the absolute *WORST* customer service you can imagine…read more First they come a pick up my vehicle (that's being salvaged) without so much as a courtesy call that they're going to retrieve it. Next, trying to simply recover the contents of stuff in the glove box they require one to formally "check in" on their computer system (keep in mind, I'm the ONLY person standing in their lobby). Three employees are sitting behind their computer screen and won't so much as acknowledge I'm *IN* their business without "Being checked in through their system". lol I'm the ONLY person at their business, but they can't figure out, or possibly just don't know, how to help someone simply get stuff out of their car. Honestly, I'd like to say the customer service at this place was pathetic, but it's more accurate to describe it as non-existent. The only reason they're getting a one-star review is because I can't leave a zero star rating!
