I use to go to another Toyota dealership but I felt I was not getting the service I deserve. I…read moreheard that Fletcher Jones had bought Carson Toyota so I decided to give them a try. I actually went there to complain about an ongoing problem that the other dealership was not able to fix for me. When I got there the service advisor was very nice and listened to me very well, I felt a little bad that I was there with a complaint, but then I was greeted by not one but two service manager's, Juan and Mark they were very understanding and got my ongoing problem taken care of. Fletcher Jones has made me a customer for life THANK YOU!

We had an service appointment for 11am and was there a little early. At 1pm, I called to see what…read morewas taking so long. The lady who answered said she would check and put me on hold. She came back and told me the service guys all go to lunch from 12 to 1 so it should be finished shortly! I can't hardly believe they would let a customer sit in the waiting room for an hour while they go to lunch when the vehicle is there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Finally, at 1:40pm, the car was finished. Over three hours, including driving time from Pittsburg, KS for an oil change and tire rotation. Do not schedule appointments close to their lunch hour because you'll add another hour to your wait. Seems to me a change is in order for lunch breaks. Customers first, I don't think so. Every time they put me on hold and transferred me on the phone, I had to listen to Frank Fletcher's message about how they care about the customer. To make this clear, I am not complaining about the work, only the time it takes to complete something simple like a tire rotation and oil change.

TL;DR: service was awesome, culture was positive and welcoming…read more -- We had a massive oil leak in our Sedona and were running through a 5 qt bottle of oil ever 1-2 weeks. Given a few of the signs, it was obviously a recalled part (oil pressure sensor). I took it to Youngblood Kia in Springfield who said it was some complicated thing that would take $1500 in parts and $2000 in labor (but he offered me a 10% teacher discount...). I argued with their diagnosis didn't make sense to me eventually took the van to Roper instead. Within an hour they confirmed it was the recalled part and immediately began replacing it. In the end, I was out six hours of time and the cost of fuel. During the time I sat here waiting, the employees' love of their work-culture has been obvious and everyone more than welcoming. One of the service reps even popped in to ask who was getting oil changes and paid for them all saying, "Hey, it's December! Merry Christmas!" Thanks, Bryan and Andrew!

Do not buy a Kia. They sell you on a 10-year, 200,000-mile warranty, yet my car is now sitting with…read morea blown engine not covered under the warranty with only 64,000 miles on it. Here is what the technician said happened: 'The alternator shaft pulled the threads from the alternator pulley, causing the pulley to come off along with the belt. This damaged the water pump and radiator, which then broke an engine mount and blew the head gasket.' All of that is only covered under the 60,000-mile warranty. So an engine pulley, something that literally turns the drivetrain, is somehow not considered part of the drivetrain? The drivetrain can't turn or function without an engine pulley. You see how they trick you? They are really selling you a car with a 60,000-mile warranty. And honestly, do you really want to buy a brand-new car with 17 miles on it that is effectively only covered for 60,000 miles, especially when Kia is known for using cheap parts? But I did figure out why they say "stay frosty"... It's because they know your engine will be blown and the heater won't work. So you're sitting in a non-operational vehicle, freezing...thus: "Stay Frosty." When I called and told them the problems I was having with the Kia dealership. They didn't care. So, no, they are not a "dealer for the people." They are a "dealer for the suckers who buy here"

I bought a "back row beauty" from this lot and was treated like I spent 100 thousand dollars…read more Customer service was top shelf from the time we walked on to the lot until we left with our new (to us) vehicle. The gentleman who closed our deal (Cameron- I think that's right) told us he would ship us a simple little part the vehicle needed, and followed through. Honest. Respectful. Integrity. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone.

The dealership never submitted the form to the the IRS so I could get the $4,000 tax credit. I was told by numerous friends, car dealerships, and business owners to have the car dealership submit the one page form as car dealerships can easily get the tax credit from the IRS. Midwest Motors was not interested in doing this as they were selling this Tesla as a favor to a friend and consultant to their company. I wanted to make it easy on Midwest Motors so I did not press them on doing the work. I am now out $4k as Midwest Motors never submitted one form that confirmed I purchased the car from them, or submitted the one simple form with the incorrect VIN. Either way, I am a nice guy that looses out. A video explaining this saga can be found here - https://youtube.com/shorts/JgTpJYZbFLI. The owner and team at Midwest Motors was pleasant and easy to work with during the sales processes. However, like many sales transactions, companies are not willing to help after the deal is closed. They have moved on to the next transaction.
