I'm not sure what I would have done if it hadn't been for all the wonderful staff that taught me about State Farm Bank, and gave me the opportunity to lower my car payments by refinancing. I'd like to give a shout out to Jessica Barthold! anyway, recently I got a new Motorcycle, called them and gave them all the required info so I could drive off the lot protected. so, I paid a little more for the remaining one-year policy. I got a new statement from Progressive about renewing my bill, it didn't seems quite right. As a matter of fact, it seems very high. So, I made one phone call (and DONE) to Jessica and basically, they saved my $400 bucks, yes, $400. same policy coverage, etc., etc. They just used to have my Motorcycle..... Now they have my 3 other vehicles and my home. anyone wanting real customer service and folks that will go out of there way, then I highly recommend them.
